• Brand Claim form: business name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), and verification details.
• Vintage Archive submissions: brand, model, year, specs, and optional source information.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. A single functional cookie (“lang”) may be set to remember your language preference. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your submission or inquiry.
• To add verified mouthpiece data to our database (submissions).
• To process brand claim requests.
• To send you a reply email (if you provide your email address).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Submitted data is stored in our database hosted on Supabase (servers in the EU/US). Email notifications are sent via Resend. We retain your data only as long as necessary to process your request.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal data from our systems.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
