Archive Notes

Made by Bach Corporation, New York, before the Selmer acquisition in 1961. The New York-era 12C has a smaller bore than the later Mt. Vernon versions. Widely used on small bore tenor trombone and alto trombone. Use these measurements as a comparison starting point: fit and response still depend on the player, dental structure, instrument receiver, and each manufacturer's measuring method.
