Awesome mouthpiece! I was afraid at first by the larger rim width, but there is enough bite for precision. This mouthpiece really channels your air stream like no other and help achieve a focus dark sound that makes the horn vibrate.

  • Signature Model

The Giddings Szentpali Signature is a very deep-cup BBb tuba mouthpiece featuring a 33.53mm rim diameter and 8.43mm throat. It has a very-open backbore, tuba shank, stainless-steel construction. Well-suited for orchestral and solo playing. Notable features include signature model. Use these measurements as a comparison starting point: fit and response still depend on the player, dental structure, instrument receiver, and each manufacturer's measuring method.
